About Us
Making Change Possible
The Twesiga Mukama Federation was founded in 2012 to promote sustainable community development in Masaka, Uganda. The federation focuses on anything from water, sanitation, and hygiene projects to income generating projects for its members. In doing so, the federation advocates for self-sustainability and working towards their ultimate goal of “peace, unity, & equality” for everyone.
Goals by 2030
1) Engage the majority of Masaka's women in Self-Help Groups.
2) Have a fully functioning office space.
3) Establish reliable methods of transportation to and from the office space
4) Have clean and safe water in Masakan communities and improve
access to health facilities
